AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY
LIVE ACTION + AI ANIMATION + AI VFX
A uniquely told story and concept, this film is an interesting hybrid of live action and AI animation. First, we shot an actor on set performing the stunts and the closeups, in order to get the realism and emotion of his performance. We then created an AI avatar of our actor, and then made fully-AI shots of him on fully-AI sets, vastly extending the epic scope of the film.
We believe this is a perfect example of what will become the new standard process of using AI in filmmaking.

Drawing on visual references including vintage museum dioramas and stop-motion, Mise en Scene created a rousing promo for Johnnie Walker exploring the rise of mankind as he walks to new frontiers.

MOMENTS AGO is a short film chronicling moments from the past, experienced by long forgotten souls. AI was used to meticulously create extremely realistic and accurate reconstructions of prehistoric animals, who were then animated using AI, bringing them to uncanny life. Additionally, the voiceover was created by altering a scratch read with AI, completely changing the tone and adding quite a bit of gravitas.
SEAMLESS INTERGRATION OF LIVE ACTION AND STUNNING AI ANIMATION.

AI AVATAR + AI LOCATIONS
An ode to Madrid, this short film was created by compiling photos of the architecture of the city in AI, rendering the gorgeous locations with perfect lighting and impossible camera angles. The woman rising above it all was likewise brought to life by blending photos of a real model in AI to create a virtual avatar capable of giving a believable emotional performance.
SOMNIUM

SOMNIUM is an exploration of fashion design set within a surreal world that references European filmmmaking of the 1970’s, vintage fashion photography, experimental theatre, and the half-remembered fragments of dreams.
